there is still much to do on this site as you can see and it is very much still under construction but rome wasn't built in a day right?
who we are? i am shaz and with my son lewis we make 'shazlew' we keep mini lops in black and blue and lionlops in bew and red agouti. we breed our rabbits to show hoping one day to breed the best!
I have been keeping rabbits now for over 20 years and when lewis was born he was dragged into the rabbit habit although he didn't need no dragging really!
last year i gave up rabbits when i lost my mum and felt nothing was at all worthwhile anymore! before that we was known as the millennium stud and had been showing for 6/7 years.
being left with only a select few of my mini lop's and a few of mum's lionheads i thought it wouldn't be worth it? but it was and here we are! our rabbits still need work and one day like everyone we hope to win big but if not our rabbits are pets as much as anything else.
We are always happy to give advice if we can so dont be scared drop us a line.

Although we are breeder's and i know many people have there own reason for disliking breeder's i often find this hard to take as our rabbits are living the good life!
All our rabbit's are treated as pet's ask my purse haha they are caged but all come out on a daily basis in small groups and they come out whatever the weather see we have a large shed they can play in as well as garden space both hard standing and grass well more a mud patch now they run free not confined to a small run.
All our doe's only have 2 litter's with me and normally i try to rehome the after but if not they have a home forever unless the become too sick to continue life with us!
We do not cull! all our bun's live on a diet of dry mix and hay dried grass and huge amounts of veg! note this is not wise unless your rabbits are used to it!
Also they all have toys to play with in and out of there cages they are not unnecessary dosed with drugs i do add a few extra's to there diet but these are harmless and herbal.
Here we think rabbits should be just that rabbit's and live a life they was designed yes they have to be caged to keep the amount we do but this is how the world work's now. in fact our stud is a small one we have 50 cages and some of them need to be kept empty in case!
